Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior analytics lead for the Amgen account, partnering closely with client marketing and media leadership.
  • Translate complex media, patient, and physician-level datasets into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Guide the development of measurement frameworks aligned with brand objectives and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Present analytics findings and strategic narratives to senior client stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end measurement strategy, including campaign reporting, advanced analytics, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of cross-channel performance frameworks across HCP and DTC marketing.
  • Integrate media data, claims data, physician-level data (PLD), and digital engagement signals to deliver holistic insights.
  • Partner with data science teams on advanced analytics initiatives, including audience quality measurement, predictive models, and next-best engagement approaches.
  • Ensure analytics outputs move beyond reporting to deliver clear, compelling performance narratives.
  • Develop insight-driven storytelling that connects media investment to healthcare outcomes such as: Physician engagement; Patient journey progression; Brand growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in marketing analytics, media measurement, or healthcare analytics
  • Leading Agency teams for large pharma clients
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear strategic insights
  • Expertise in cross-channel media measurement and marketing effectiveness
  • Experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, physician-level data, or patient journey analytics
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, advanced BI environments)
  • Proven ability to lead analytics teams and develop talent
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex analyses into clear executive narratives

Preferred

  • Leading large teams for complex Enterprise Analytics Projects in the Pharma space
  • Experience integrating media analytics with healthcare commercial data
  • Prior leadership of large enterprise analytics teams
