Own scaling of a DTC Google Ads program with full ownership of search, shopping, and YouTube, driving CAC/LTV-stable growth while expanding spend from 150K to 300K+ monthly.

Scale-driven ownership: manage the full Google Ads stack and product feed, with weekly founder review and a clear ROI scoreboard.
Platform-internal growth: defend attribution across GA4/GTM, conversions, and LTV signals to justify spend and optimization.
Direct-branded performance: read account health in minutes, optimize in real time, and own the growth narrative with brickell-based leadership.

Responsibilities

The full Google Ads account: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube
Product feed and Merchant Center strategy for our supplement catalog
AC/LTV, Conversion tracking, GA4 + GTM, and attribution you can defend
Scaling spend from $150K/month toward $300K+/ month without breaking CAC/LTV
Profitable revenue from paid search: your account, your call, your scoreboard, walked through with the founder every week

Requirements

You personally managed Google Ads for a DTC eCommerce brand for 3+ years
You've owned a single account at $150K+/month in spend and scaled it while lowering ROAS
You think in the platform daily, you can read an account and know what's broken in minutes
Live in Miami / South Florida and you're ready to be our Brickell office in person
