Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the growth of http://ExclusiveFurniture.com with online revenue as your primary KPI
Develop strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value
Manage paid advertising across Google, Google Shopping, Meta, and other digital channels
Improve every step of the online customer journey from landing pages to checkout
Work closely with our in house web developer to prioritize new features, website improvements, and user experience enhancements
Lead email and SMS marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases
Analyze website performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
Present performance results and recommendations directly to company leadership
Stay current on industry trends and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail e commerce experience(Furniture is a plus)
Retail e commerce experience is required. Candidates must have experience selling physical products online. Furniture, mattresses, home furnishings, appliances, electronics, sporting goods, or similar retail experience is strongly preferred.
Proven success growing online sales and improving website performance
Experience with Shopify or another major e-commerce platform
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization
Experience working alongside developers to improve websites and customer experience
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
