Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard creators at scale.
Build systems that keep creators consistently creating content.
Grow and manage a thriving creator community.
Develop playbooks, incentives, and programs that increase creator activity and retention.
Identify winning content and scale what works.
Own KPIs including active creators, content output, creator-driven revenue, and creator retention.

Requirements

Built and scaled a commission-based creator, affiliate, or ambassador program.
Recruited and activated hundreds of creators.
Increased creator engagement and retention through systems—not one-off campaigns.
Owned measurable business results from a creator community.
