Responsibilities
- Content & Social: Build a standout presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News and startup communities.
- Brand & Creative: Own the company's voice, messaging and creative direction.
- Growth & Distribution: Drive awareness through content, community, launches, events and referral programmes.
- SEO & AEO: Make the business discoverable wherever founders are searching for legal solutions.
- Demand Generation: Turn content and brand awareness into qualified inbound demos, targeting 50+ per month.
- Marketing Operations: Own CRM, performance tracking and conversion metrics. Focus on booked demos, not vanity metrics.
Requirements
- A hands-on B2B content and growth marketer who knows how to build a brand from scratch.
- Excellent content creation and social media skills.
- Understands the startup ecosystem and knows how to get founders talking.
- Creative, commercially minded and comfortable owning the entire content function.
- Highly autonomous, scrappy and resourceful — someone who makes things happen.
- AI-fluent, tech-savvy and constantly experimenting with new tools and distribution strategies.
- Comfortable owning CRM and measuring success through qualified demos and conversions.
