Job Summary
Lead Moe’s brand and content strategy to acquire, retain, and grow a community, reporting to the CEO and partnering with product on launches.
- Own brand voice and multi-channel content strategy
- Top signal: proven growth-stage brand leadership in consumer mobility/DTC
- Standout: direct CEO exposure and ownership to build from day one
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define Moe’s brand voice and content philosophy from the ground up
- Build and own content strategy across all channels — driving acquisition, retention, and community growth
- Develop platform-native strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and Discord
- Partner directly with the CEO and product team on launches, campaigns, and storytelling
- Establish the workflows, measurement frameworks, and team structure that scale
- Be the creative decision-maker — hiring and managing creators, talent, or agencies as we grow
Requirements
- Proven experience building or leading content/brand at a high-growth B2C, DTC, or consumer mobile company
- You’ve worked at scale — and now you want to own it from day one
- Deep fluency in short-form, social-first content (i.e. you understand TikTok culture, not just TikTok tactics)
- A collaborator who knows how to work alongside a founder at the executive level
- Data-literate with strong editorial instincts
- Low ego, high standards
- community-led content experience (Reddit, Discord), personal finance/investing background, or prior experience as an early content hire at a startup that scaled
Benefits
- Direct line to the CEO — your work shapes the company, not just the feed
- Genuinely novel product at the intersection of two high-growth categories
- Full ownership to build it right, from the start
- Competitive comp + meaningful equity
