Responsibilities

• Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive positioning to refine messaging approaches.
• Serve as the organization’s spokesperson for public speaking engagements, conferences, and community events.
• Supervise editing and proofreading of all external communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate internal communications to foster transparency and a cohesive organizational culture.
