• Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement firmwide BD strategies across practice groups and attorneys to identify opportunities, set priorities, and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Attorney Coaching & Relationship Development: Mentor attorneys on BD planning, client relationship expansion, cross-selling, and pipeline momentum.
• Marketing Leadership & Brand Visibility: Lead marketing initiatives, external profiling, materials, events, sponsorships, and measurement to raise visibility and differentiate the firm.
