Responsibilities

• Lead all advertising initiatives to expand Roarke Regenerative’s visibility, impact, and supporter base
• Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel advertising strategies across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and brand
• Plan and manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize targeting and messaging, and coordinate with marketing, fundraising, and partnership teams
• Manage external agencies or vendors, oversee advertising budgets, and ensure that campaigns are data-informed and compliant with nonprofit standards
• Mentor team members, contribute to overall marketing strategy, and help shape storytelling that engages donors, corporate partners, and the broader public

Requirements

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• Solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, campaign performance analysis, and ROI evaluation for advertising initiatives
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, particularly in developing and promoting campaigns that drive engagement, donations, and partnerships
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and collaborating effectively in a remote environment

Preferred

• Nonprofit or environmental organization experience
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools
• Strategic planning skills
• Track record of managing advertising budgets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
