Responsibilities

• Assists the Marketing and Guest Services Supervisor with the coordination of promotions and events and ensures the successful implementation of those initiatives on property.
• Provides guest support related to their account, promotions or gaming needs.
• Reviews and evaluates confidential customer profiles to determine appropriate customer needs, awards calculated complimentaries when appropriate.
• Maintains relationships with VIP guests through personal contact by phone, email and in person with the ultimate goal of increasing business.
• Responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere with all guests and promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Resolves guest and/or staff issues and reports all incidents to the Lead Marketing Ambassador as necessary.
• Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
• Working knowledge of computer player rating system.
• Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling of sensitive information.
• Responsible for accurate handling and procedures of cash/free play throughout shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• One (1) to three (3) years in Marketing and/or Customer Service, PC/Computer knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
