Own and optimize the GTM operations engine and cross-functional processes to accelerate launches, align executives on assessments, and track KPI health across the business.

• GTM Operations: Build and maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, reporting, and lead-gen infrastructure to power fast decision-making.
• Executive Alignment: Partner with executives across recruiting, operations, and engineering to guide customer assessments and analyses.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report progress on GTM KPIs, OKRs, and engagement health.
