Job Description

Wealth.com is the industry’s leading AI Wealth Management platform, empowering financial advisors to offer modern, comprehensive estate planning solutions to their clients. By combining cutting-edge technology, AI, and unmatched human expertise, we deliver a seamless experience that sets us apart. Beyond having one of the most coveted domain names in FinTech, wealth.com is a dynamic, revenue-generating startup experiencing rapid yet sustainable growth.

A key reason behind our position as the #1 estate planning platform is our team. Our people thrive in a collaborative, supportive culture that fosters innovation and makes wealth.com a place where everyone truly enjoys working. Wealth.com is certified as a Great Place to Work for 2024 and named a 2024 finalist for Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators!

About the Role

Wealth.com is looking for a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the automation and integration layer that powers our revenue operations. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, and be the hands-on builder who turns strategy into working systems.

This is a technical execution role. You will spend your time building, configuring, debugging, and optimizing across a modern GTM stack. If you like seeing the thing you built actually ship and make a team faster, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

Automation & Integrations

  • Build and maintain automated workflows across our GTM stack.

  • Own the integration layer between Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, DealHub, and other tools in the stack

  • Build and maintain API connections, webhooks, and data syncs that keep our systems in agreement

  • Identify and automate manual processes across the sales and marketing motion

Salesforce Administration

  • Handle day-to-day Salesforce administration including object configuration, flows, workflow rules, and permission sets

  • Support data hygiene initiatives including deduplication, enrichment, and validation rules

  • Assist in implementing data model changes as the business evolves

AI-Assisted Workflows

  • Implement LLM-assisted automations including call summaries, enrichment pipelines, and follow-up draft generation

  • Maintain and iterate on prompt-based workflows under the direction of the Director

  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools into existing workflows as the stack grows

Revenue Data & Reporting

  • Own the accuracy of data flowing between systems including audit processes and alerting for data breaks

  • Build and maintain enrichment pipelines that keep account and contact data current

  • Support attribution reporting and pipeline analytics

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2-4 years in a technical RevOps or sales systems role with direct ownership of Salesforce administration, workflow automation, or GTM integrations.

  • Salesforce proficiency including flows, reports, custom objects, and core admin tasks

  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with LLM integrations

  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and basic data transformation.

  • Detail-oriented with strong data instincts. You catch errors before they propagate.

  • Background in B2B SaaS.

Preferred

  • Experience with Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, and/or DealHub

  • Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript

  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Omni, Looker, or similar)

  • Experience in fintech, or wealth management

What Success Looks Like

In your first 60 days, you will have mapped the existing integration layer, documented what exists, and shipped at least one automation that saves the team measurable time. Within six months, you will be the person the sales team calls when something breaks and the person the Director trusts to execute the roadmap without hand-holding.

You are a builder. You move fast, test before you ship, document what you build, and care about whether it actually works.

Why You'll Love Working for wealth.com:

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options, with low-cost premium structures that demonstrate our commitment to offering great value to our employees

  • 100% company-paid basic life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance

  • 100% paid parental leave upon eligibility

  • Company equity managed through Carta

  • 401k with match and 100% vesting upon hire

  • Generous PTO that grows with you — Start with 15 days of vacation your first year, increasing annually up to 20 days, so your time off scales as your career does.

  • Flexible, use-it-your-way vacation — Take time off in as little as one-hour increments, we encourage you to take time to relax and recharge each year.

  • Take time off for holidays — and yes, your birthday counts too. Celebrate, relax, and recharge without thinking twice.

  • Free estate planning!
