Job Description
Founding GTM Associate — NexuSphere AI
NexuSphere AI is building an operational intelligence platform that helps enterprises detect, explain, and resolve workflow exceptions across finance, inventory, supplier, and ERP systems.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Founding GTM Associate to work directly with the founder across outbound strategy, customer research, market positioning, and early pilot engagement.
This role is ideal for someone excited about early-stage SaaS, operational workflows, AI-native systems, and founder-led growth.
What You’ll Work On
- Research target accounts and operational workflows
- Support outbound campaigns and lead generation
- Engage with operators and decision-makers across LinkedIn and email
- Help synthesize customer feedback into product and GTM insights
- Assist with pilot coordination and follow-up
- Support content distribution and market positioning initiatives
- Help identify operational inefficiencies across retail, finance, and supply chain workflows
