Own the initial GTM for a new AI product, shaping segments, messaging, and the customer journey to prove value quickly.

GTM Strategy: define segments, use cases, positioning, and messaging to guide activation
Customer Engagement: partner with salon and spa owners through discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption
Product Feedback & Experiments: convert usage signals into priorities and run experiments on onboarding and follow-up motions

Develop and test the initial GTM approach: Define early customer segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, and the customer journey
Work directly with customers: Partner with salon and spa owners and operators through discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption
Drive activation and usage: Identify what creates customer value, where customers get stuck, and how we can improve activation, time-to-value, and ongoing engagement
Build repeatable processes: Create practical systems for qualification, demos, onboarding, education, support, and customer feedback
Partner with product and engineering: Turn customer conversations and usage patterns into clear product insights and priorities
Run focused experiments: Test messaging, onboarding flows, customer education, and follow-up motions, using metrics such as conversion, activation, time-to-value, usage, and retention

Helped launch a new product, business line, customer motion, or operating process
Worked in a customer-facing software, startup, or operationally complex service-business environment
Used AI tools deeply in your own work or helped customers adopt a new technology
