Responsibilities

• Run and tune our AI-powered outbound: daily loops where our own product finds prospects and drafts personalized emails. Test angles, audiences, and messaging, then scale what works.
• Write and publish: blog posts, use-case pages, case studies, comparison pages against the big enterprise tools, and landing pages for the niches we sell into.
• Own the website, its copy, and its design.
• Spend a significant monthly budget on paid ads, creator sponsorships, and events, and defend every dollar.
• Track which channel every lead came from and what it cost.
• Create content and post regularly on our own social profiles.
• Book qualified prospects into demos.
• Manage and automate our CRM.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years in growth, demand gen, marketing, or sales development, where you personally ran campaigns and owned their results.
• You've run cold outbound before: email sequences, tools like Apollo, and the deliverability basics that come with them.
• Experience with paid media, like Google Ads or influencer marketing.
• You check the numbers before and after every experiment.
• A clear, concise writer.
• You've started, built, or run something on your own, at work or outside it.
• You use AI tools daily. We run the company on Claude, including the outbound engine you'll operate.

Preferred

• Early-stage startup experience.
• Experience selling to mid-market tech companies.
• Comfortable with CRMs and automating them.
• SEO or content marketing background.
• You've run events, meetups, or webinars.
