Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered GTM systems (n8n, APIs, Clay, Instantly, etc.)
- Design outbound and lead generation infrastructure end-to-end
- Analyze client funnels, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Own client relationships and communicate strategy, progress, and results
- Continuously optimize systems based on data and performance
- Integrate tools, APIs, and workflows into unified, scalable architectures
- Collaborate internally to push forward new automation capabilities and products
Requirements
- Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Experience in B2B growth / GTM / lead generation systems
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data workflows
- Ability to build and troubleshoot complex automation systems
- Strong understanding of outbound (email, LinkedIn, infrastructure, deliverability)
- Confident in client-facing communication (English required)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical execution
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
