Job Summary

Own ABM programs for enterprise accounts by coordinating strategy, content, and multi-channel activation while tying regional sales to account-level pipeline and velocity.

  • Growth/ABM Orchestration: Lead end-to-end ABM strategy, 1:1 and 1:few execution, and multi-channel engagement for high-value targets.
  • Account Fit and Engagement: Align TAL tiering, intent signals, and executive-persona messaging to accelerate target accounts through the funnel.
  • Measurement and Optimization: Track account-level engagement, pipeline lift, and velocity to continuously refine ABM plans.

Job Description

Own ABM program design and orchestration for enterprise accounts, aligning multi-channel demand, buying committees, and regional sales to drive pipeline and account velocity.

  • ABM Campaign Design: Lead strategy, development, and direct execution of highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for high-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive pipeline acquisition and expansion.
  • Account Tiering and Insights: Partner with Regional Marketing Leaders, Sales and Data/Analytics teams to tier target account lists using intent data and predictive modeling.
  • Buying Committee Engagement: Map personas and centers of influence to deploy hyper-personalized messaging that addresses account pain points.
  • Multi-Channel Orchestration: Architect integrated ABM plays including personalized digital ads, content, events, direct mail, and web experiences.
  • Intent-Driven Demand Gen: Use signals to identify in-market accounts and launch timely messaging and sales plays.
  • Mid-Funnel Velocity: Advise on regional programs to move stuck accounts through the sales cycle.
  • Sales and BDR Alignment: Bridge marketing and regional sales to orchestrate outbound plays with inbound campaigns.
  • Executive Programs: Design CXO-engagement events that build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Thought Leadership Distribution: Leverage executive assets to open doors with the C-suite.
  • Hub and Field Integration: Localize global campaigns with NAM hub and ABM teams to maximize regional impact.
