Responsibilities

• The role You own a pod of DTC brands doing $5M to $75M in revenue. Not as a reporting layer. As the person responsible for the growth outcome. You build the forecast. You set the media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and influencer. You direct creative volume against what the data says. You sit in front of founders and defend the plan. Maximum five accounts. That cap is real and it's the point. What you'll do - Build and maintain client P&L forecasts that drive every media decision - Own paid performance across channels, working alongside media buyers and creative strategists - Direct high-volume creative production against performance signal - Run client relationships end to end, including the hard conversations - Turn a bad month into a plan instead of an excuse

Requirements

• Presentation ability under pressure
• Genuine technical depth in paid media and financial modeling
• Crisis resolution, meaning what you do when an account is upside down
• A driver personality who states a position and defends it
