Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline through strategic inbound and outbound efforts.
Outreach directly to prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
Articulate our value proposition (technology, marketing, culture, and growth) and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in your market.
Partner with Agents to identify referral opportunities and seamlessly transition them to a Strategic Growth Manager for full-cycle closing.
Collaborate closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies, adding value to each SGM’s sales process.
Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Analyze addressable markets in nascent geographies and create demand for our disruptive technology.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create new processes and refine existing ones through innovative thinking.
Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management).
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills; a natural leader with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and comfortably navigate ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations.
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities.
