Job DetailsJob Location: EXECUTIVE OFFICE - DALLAS, TX 75254Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Road WarriorThe Growth Specialist is a member of Tri Delta’s Growth Team and plays a role in bringing Tri Delta’s growth strategy to life. This position serves as the on-the-ground project manager for extension projects and new chapter establishments, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment, marketing, and operational setup.
The role is location-dependent during extension projects and will require extended on-site presence in the community where the new chapter is being established. Outside of extension season, the Growth Specialist supports collegiate chapters year-round by advancing recruitment and retention initiatives, assisting with recruitment coaching, and providing hands-on implementation of chapter growth strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Extension and New Chapter Establishment (2-6 months annually)
· Serve as on-the-ground project manager for new chapter establishments, overseeing the full execution of the extension plan.
· Live on-site during the establishment phase to ensure real-time coordination, collaboration, and continuity throughout the project.
· Lead the day-to-day coordination of recruitment logistics, schedules, and operations during the establishment process.
· Oversee the work of the Chapter Development Consultants (CDCs) on-site, ensuring consistency in Tri Delta’s approach and execution across all efforts.
· Provide focused coaching and real-time feedback to CDCs and volunteers to ensure high-quality engagement and alignment with the extension strategy.
· Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the Growth Team and Chapter and Member Support Team to ensure coordinated and continuous improvement.
· Work closely with Growth Team, Brand Advancement, and volunteers to execute marketing and recruitment plans.
· Support recruitment team members and volunteers on-site and virtually to ensure Tri Delta’s brand and values are reflected in all interactions.
· Assist in post-establishment transition, ensuring smooth handoff to ongoing chapter support teams.
Chapter Growth and Recruitment Support (6-12 months annually)
· Partner with the Growth Manager, CDCs, chapter officers to implement tailored recruitment and retention strategies.
· Provide focused coaching and intervention to chapters identified through recruitment and retention data, helping them implement actionable strategies to stabilize and grow membership.
· Assist with the development of recruitment resources, training materials, and chapter growth communications.

· Respond to day-to-day chapter questions related to membership growth, retention, or continuous open bidding.
· Collaborate with volunteers to ensure chapters are equipped with actionable, data-driven strategies to meet membership goals.
· Contribute to assessment and reporting processes by collecting and analyzing chapter progress data.
Cross-Team Collaboration and Development
· Partner with Brand Advancement on marketing campaigns supporting growth initiatives.
· Provide regular updates on to the Growth Team and Chapter and Member Support Team on chapter progress.
· Support the execution of events such as Growth Summit or officer trainings.
· Collaborate with CDCs on visit assignments specific to membership growth.
· Participate in ongoing professional development and training.QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field: Higher Education Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
· Experience in project or event management, ideally within a collegiate, nonprofit, or membership-based organization.
· Background in recruitment, marketing, or retention initiatives.
· Experience collaborating with volunteers, student leaders, or campus professionals.
· Familiarity with Greek-letter or similar organizational structures preferred.
· Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
