Job Summary
Own rapid, multi-product growth by building repeatable distribution systems, driving early user acquisition, and jumping in at critical bottlenecks to unlock momentum across products.
- Build and scale distribution and partnerships to drive early user growth across products.
- Create reusable growth playbooks and jump in during critical bottlenecks to unblock momentum.
- Collaborate with Growth Partners to move products from 0 to $10K MRR in 30–60 days.

Responsibilities
- Crack distribution
- Find early users
- Build repeatable growth systems
- You guide, but more importantly — you jump in when it matters.
- Work closely with Growth Partners (1 per product)
- Help take products from 0 → $10K MRR in 30-60 days
- Drive: Partnerships
- Distribution channels
- Early user acquisition (100-1000 paid users)
- Step in during critical growth bottlenecks
Requirements
- 1-2 years of real execution experience
- Ex-founder OR early startup operator (0 → 1 stage)
- Has personally grown something (product, audience, community)
- Strong network for partnerships & distribution
- Understands Organic Content pretty well
