Job Summary

Own the growth machine from zero to scale across social virality, SEO, paid media, and partnerships, then build the team as channels prove out.

  • Growth architecture: full consumer growth stack and viral loops, with programmatic SEO owned alongside engineering.
  • Channel experiments: run Google and social ads, sponsorships, newsletters, and accelerator/university outreach, with an agency at first.
  • Hiring plan: establish PMM/copy lead first, then frontend engineer and motion designer to scale proven channels.
