Job Summary

Own a tightly scoped growth engine that connects funnel moments from acquisition to checkout, driving fast experiments in a Shopify and AI powered playbook.

  • Growth ownership: Lead a conversion-focused product roadmap that ships tests with measurable lift to CAC, conversion rate, and average order value.
  • Velocity and tooling: Move quickly inside Shopify and via AI workflows to outpace traditional growth squads and speed experimentation.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Performance Marketing, Engineering, and Design to translate channel performance into product priorities and gain independent testing authority.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy connecting acquisition and conversion. You will define how digital product decisions, landing pages, and checkout flows work together to convert traffic into customers, diagnosing where the funnel breaks and prioritizing the fixes with the clearest path to impact.
  • Operationalize Ritual's Growth Squad as its product manager. You will turn acquisition and conversion targets set by Growth leadership into a clear, prioritized testing roadmap, and manage the day-to-day execution of a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers against it.
  • Build a velocity advantage through Shopify and AI. You will work directly in Shopify to scope, launch, and validate experiments without waiting on other teams, and you'll build AI-driven workflows that let the squad test faster than a typical growth team.
  • Shape Ritual's growth tooling. You will stay fluent in the broader Shopify app ecosystem and recommend the platforms and integrations that give the squad real speed, not just incremental tooling upgrades.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Engineering, and Design. You will translate performance data from channels like Meta, Google, and Affiliate into product and experience changes, earning enough trust that the squad can move independently rather than seeking sign-off on every test.
  • Own acquisition efficiency as a business result. You will be accountable for customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and order value, using what you learn to continuously reprioritize the roadmap rather than simply reporting numbers after the fact.
  • Run the roadmap like a program, not a backlog. You'll sequence tests against real constraints like creative timelines, engineering capacity, and seasonal demand, then hold a steady cadence of planning, execution, and readout the whole squad can rely on. Document what you learn, wins and failures alike, so other teams can build on the squad's work instead of repeating it.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, including direct ownership of a conversion-focused funnel or growth function at a direct-to-consumer brand, ideally in health and wellness — with a track record of managing a structured roadmap and team cadence, not just running individual experiments.
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in Shopify and its broader app and tooling ecosystem, including the ability to launch tests yourself and make credible platform recommendations.
  • A demonstrated track record of running high-velocity testing programs — sequencing priorities, managing a rolling roadmap, and keeping a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers on cadence — that produced measurable gains in conversion rate or customer acquisition cost.
  • Working knowledge of how paid digital advertising, particularly Meta, connects to landing page and checkout performance, with the ability to translate creative and media input into product priorities.
  • Practical, hands-on use of AI tools to speed up test scoping, analysis, or execution — not just familiarity with the concept.
  • A track record of earning trust across design, engineering, and performance marketing teams strong enough that those teams give you latitude to make calls independently.
