Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assists in retaining and growing physician volume, community education, and patient volume.
  • Calls on local offices to educate on services provided. Identify and assist in resolving issues with customers.
  • Assists with special events, responsible for coordinating all physician activities.
  • Plans and selects speakers for the community education programs monthly.
  • Assist Director of Volunteers with essential duties to grow volunteer and Senior Friends programs.
  • Participation in Employee Recognition Committee meetings and follow up with minutes and assignments.
  • Assist with coordination and participation of hospital events to include employee activities, exhibits and expos
  • Assists with marketing activities
  • Assists with coordination of medical staff activities
  • Organizes and coordinates special events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ year's of experience in a job related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in planning, advertising, and physician-related activities.
  • Must be flexible in ability to multi-task, and to related to various personalities and handle diverse duties.
