Job Description

Responsibilities

Own inbound sales: speak to prospects, qualify them, close them
Own operations work: work with underwriters and insurance carriers to place coverages
Own customer success: serve as the main point of contact for our clients from inception through renewal

Requirements

1 - 2 new grads (0 to 1 years of experience) to join us in NYC as a Growth & Operations Analyst starting July 2026.
This is an on-site role in NYC; we work 5-6 days a week in-person.
