Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the success of SMB clients across various marketing channels, ensuring campaign performance aligns with client goals
Manage and nurture client relationships with professionalism, confidence, and empathy
Project manage multiple accounts, organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently
Develop and present strategic marketing plans and pitches to clients
Execute and optimize paid media campaigns, SEO initiatives, and CRO strategies to maximize ROI
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and successful execution
Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Identify opportunities for client growth and contribute to the development of new service offerings

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
At least 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
Deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, especially within the SaaS industry
Strong strategic thinking and campaign management skills
Exceptional project management abilities with a focus on timeliness and budget adherence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to interface confidently with clients and pitch strategies effectively
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms relevant to paid media, SEO, and CRO
Willingness to travel as needed
Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation advancements
