Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy for paid social- developing concepts, writing briefs, and driving a structured test-and-learn roadmap across channels
  • Translate performance data, audience insights, and cultural trends into clear, actionable creative direction for internal teams and external partners
  • Analyze creative performance to identify what's working, what isn't, and why - then turn those insights into iteration plans
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh, on-brand concepts to the table consistently
  • Partner closely with our creative team to brief, review, and refine concepts across static, video, and UGC formats
  • Map and communicate creative frameworks, testing plans, and campaign structures
  • Help manage and optimize paid social ad accounts across select emerging platforms, with a focus on Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make tactical adjustments to improve efficiency
  • Use attribution tools (MTA, incrementality testing) to track performance, understand incrementality, and inform budget and creative decisions
  • Partner with the broader growth and ecommerce teams to align paid efforts with site experience and conversion goals

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, paid social, or performance creative strategy - ideally at a DTC brand or performance-focused agency
  • Hands-on experience with Meta ads; TikTok / broader Paid Social experience a strong plus
  • Strong creative instincts - you can turn a data insight into a compelling concept and communicate it clearly to a creative team
  • Comfort with performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and the ability to translate them into creative decisions
  • Experience with creative analytics platforms preferred; familiarity with MTA and incrementality partners is a strong plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — sloppy briefs, missed deadlines, and incorrectly named ads wouldn’t make it past you
  • Genuinely curious and eager to grow - this is a role with real runway, and we want someone who wants to build with us
  • Comfortable using AI tools to move faster and think bigger — whether that's iterating on creative mockups, drafting briefs, or exploring what's possible; you see AI as a creative collaborator
  • Excited to be part of a brand that's growing fast and still writing the playbook — you bring energy to the work and help set the pace, not just keep up with it
  • Prior experience with a high-growth brand in the $30M-$150M range is a strong plus

Printfresh

A longtime lover of patterns and textiles, Amy Voloshin founded Printfresh with her husband Leo in 2016 as a way to combine a few of her greatest passions—quality fabrics, bold prints, and sustainable practices. What started as a tiny operation of Amy packing and shipping orders out of her house has since grown into a nationally recognized (and loved) sleepwear and lifestyle brand. Inspired by plants, animals, and home décor, our prints often start as gouache paintings that are translated into digital illustrations and then hand screen printed or embroidered onto 100% organic cotton. With sizes ranging from XS petite to 6X, along with offering women’s, men’s and all-gender silhouettes, we hope anyone can find their perfect fit.
