Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and promotions that attract customers and grow memberships.
• Create fresh marketing ideas and turn them into action.
• Develop strategies for new locations, existing markets, and seasonal promotions.
• Identify partnerships, sponsorships, and local marketing opportunities.
• Research customer trends, competitors, and new marketing channels.
• Develop campaign messaging, offers, and promotional concepts.
• Track results and use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and the marketing team.
• Manage multiple marketing initiatives from concept through launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field with significant marketing coursework.
• 3+ years of professional marketing experience preferred.
• Experience developing and launching marketing campaigns designed to drive customer or business growth.
• Creative and strategic thinker who can turn ideas into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable using data to evaluate results and identify opportunities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, email/SMS, website, or marketing automation experience is a plus.
• Experience in a consumer-facing, multi-location, membership, retail, QSR, hospitality, automotive, or service business is a plus.
