Responsibilities

• High-Impact IC: Drive the $15M → $100M+ Growth Engine.
• In-House SEM Mastery: Take the keys to our Google and Bing Ads. You will build, manage, and optimize all search campaigns with a relentless focus on bottom-line profitability (ROAS/MER).
• Amazon Growth Engine: Own the Amazon Storefront and Amazon PPC. You’ll manage listings and ad spend to ensure Amazon remains a high-margin external acquisition channel.
• Paid Social Execution: Direct, hands-on management of ads across Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms—from audience building to daily optimizations.
• Content & Creative Oversight: Identify content gaps and oversee the production of video and static assets. You’ll act as the creative filter to ensure every asset is optimized for performance and conversion.
• Funnel & Lifecycle Architecture: Design and manage automated email nurture sequences (HubSpot/Klaviyo) to ensure lead flow is captured and converted with zero leakage.
• Truth-Based Reporting: Maintain a real-time "Source of Truth" dashboard. You’ll be responsible for reporting on CAC, LTV, and contribution margins—focusing on profit, not vanity metrics.

Requirements

• Advanced User: 3–5 years of direct performance experience in the "weeds" of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You don't just direct the agency; you man the buttons.
• Amazon Specialist: Experience managing Amazon Advertising (PPC) and Storefronts is essential.
• AI-Augmented Marketer: You have a "builder" mindset with AI. You know how to use tools to scale your output and maintain a lean, high-performance operation without losing that human element.
• Bottom-Line Obsessed: You understand that 100 high-quality, high-margin leads are worth more than 1,000 junk clicks. You treat our budget like it’s your own money.
