Own core content and creator growth operations to continuously increase YapCash visibility and user adoption across video, social, and creator channels.

• Own the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts end to end — ideating concepts, writing scripts, shooting or directing shoots, editing, and posting
• Develop and execute a consistent posting cadence (minimum 5x per week across platforms) with each piece optimized for the algorithm, not just aesthetics
• Build and maintain the official YapCash presence on X/Twitter and LinkedIn with content that builds brand credibility in the AI and productivity space
• Monitor performance data daily and iterate rapidly — killing formats that don't convert and doubling down on what does
• Build a pipeline of micro and mid-tier creators (5K–500K followers) in the AI tools, productivity, side hustle, and tech education verticals
• Own outreach from cold DM to brief to posting — negotiating flat fee structures, performance bonuses, and gifted post arrangements
• Manage the UGC pipeline on platforms like Trybe Creators and Collabstr — writing creative briefs, reviewing submissions, and managing approvals
• Develop an ambassador program for creators who become genuine long-term advocates for the product
• Build genuine presence in relevant Reddit communities (r/ChatGPT, r/beermoney, r/SideHustle, r/artificial) through authentic participation, not spam
• Identify and engage in forums, Discord servers, and online communities where our target users already spend time
