Job Summary

Drive growth by owning cross-channel acquisition strategy, optimizing spend, and scaling new growth opportunities while aligning with ecommerce CRO and creative teams to maximize ROI and revenue.

  • Growth Strategy & Channel Management: Own channel strategy, budget allocation, performance optimization across paid media, affiliates, creator partnerships, email/SMS, PR, and emerging channels.
  • Demand Generation: Drive full-funnel initiatives for scalable customer acquisition, activation, retention, and profitable revenue growth.
  • Performance Review & Budget Reallocation: Continuously evaluate channel performance and reallocate spend based on ROI, CAC efficiency, scalability, profitability, and impact.
  • New Growth Opportunities: Identify, test, and scale new channels, audiences, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Ecommerce Alignment: Partner with Ecommerce to align acquisition with onsite CRO including landing pages, PDP optimization, merchandising, promotions, and funnel improvements.
  • CRO Collaboration: Work with Ecommerce on optimization through A/B testing, landing page testing, offer strategy, heatmaps, and customer insights.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, sales, operations, and finance to align with inventory, promotions, profitability, and company priorities.
  • Creative Feedback & Optimization: Provide performance feedback and testing direction to creative teams to improve ad efficiency and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain weekly/monthly growth dashboards with actionable insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
  • KPIs & Forecasting: Forecast revenue performance, media efficiency trends, promotional impact, and acquisition scalability; own core growth metrics (CAC, MER, ROAS, CVR, contribution margin, new customer revenue, paid media revenue, AOV, LTV).

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth/Performance/Digital Marketing within a DTC/e-commerce brand.
  • Proven experience scaling paid media budgets with profitability targets.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, media buying, conversion optimization, and ecommerce growth strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo and/or Attentive.
  • Landing page optimization and testing tools.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting capabilities; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in juvenile products, lifestyle, family, consumer goods, or premium DTC brands preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon marketing and marketplace strategy; familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros.
  • Experience working in founder-led or rapidly scaling businesses.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
