Job Description

Responsibilities

Launch marketing campaigns across email, content, and distribution channels
Write high-quality marketing assets (emails, landing pages, content)
Own execution in HubSpot (workflows, lists, campaigns, reporting)
Improve lead follow-up and nurture to increase conversion
Work directly with sales and CS to support pipeline and revenue goals
Ship quickly, measure results, and iterate

Requirements

4–7 years in B2B marketing
You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focused
Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools
High agency—you don’t wait for instructions
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
