Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end across search, social, and emerging channels, from strategy to execution to optimization, with a focus on driving efficient, high-quality pipeline
  • Manage and scale budget across channels, continuously improving CAC, conversion rates, and overall ROI
  • Build and iterate on campaign structure, targeting, creative, and landing pages to improve performance at every stage of the funnel
  • Partner closely with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-performing messaging and creative that converts
  • Run rapid, structured experiments across paid and on-site conversion flows, with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
  • Own performance reporting and attribution across channels; build dashboards and deliver insights that inform broader GTM strategy
  • Support and evolve SEO and lifecycle programs (email nurture, onboarding) to improve conversion and pipeline efficiency

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling paid acquisition with clear pipeline and revenue impact
  • Deep expertise in paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), including campaign structure, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, attribution models, and performance metrics to drive decisions
  • Experience running experiments and optimizing conversion across ads, landing pages, and funnel stages
  • Working knowledge of SEO and lifecycle marketing; able to contribute beyond paid when needed
  • High ownership and execution speed — you don’t wait for direction, you create it
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch in an early-stage environment
