Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Bing. Strategy, briefs, daily account management, spend optimization.
  • Email and SMS through Klaviyo. Flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability.
  • Creative. You decide whether to build it yourself, use AI tools, or outsource. You own the quality and the throughput.
  • Affiliate agency relationship across Rakuten plus creator channels. You brief, hold them accountable, own the outcome.
  • Influencer, blogger, and creator partnerships. Sourcing, outreach, deals, tracking. Direct relationships, not just through the agency.
  • Marketing budget. Monthly spend planning, channel allocation, forecasting. You own the number.
  • Analytics and reporting. Channel performance, blended unit economics, weekly leadership read.
  • Tracking and attribution hygiene. GA4, Meta pixel, server-side tagging, UTM discipline.
  • SEO and organic content. On-page work, blog calendar, link building.
  • Site CRO and landing pages. Paid landing pages, A/B tests, conversion work.
  • Promotional and merchandising calendar. Which brands get pushed when, at what discount, on which channels.

Requirements

  • A few real years of growth marketing under your belt, ideally at an ecom business
  • Heavy AI user. You're already using AI daily to write, analyze, design, and figure out what you don't know. If "I'd Google it" is your default and not "I'd ask AI," this isn't the fit
  • Sharp self-starter. You report directly to the founder. Nobody is checking your work mid-week
  • Strong analytics instincts. Look at a dashboard and tell us in one sentence whether it's working, why, and what to change
  • Excellent written English. You're writing ad copy, emails, briefs, and outreach all day
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and proud of the work. We want someone who treats this like building their own business
