Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships via email, Zoom, and phone
Develop and manage monthly marketing strategies and calendars
Oversee content creation, email marketing, editing, compliance approvals, and deployment
Provide strategic marketing recommendations
Monitor SEO performance and keyword rankings
Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Push clients to execute and follow best practices
Identify growth and upsell opportunities
Ensure a high client retention experience
Depending on the client, you may manage structured deliverables or build custom marketing strategies from scratch

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Strategist
Strong professional communication skills
Experience in email marketing, social media, and lead generation
Experience overseeing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword strategy
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Experience using AI to improve workflow and efficiency
Comfort solving complex issues primarily via email
Zoom and phone availability required

Preferred

Financial services experience is a strong plus
