Job Summary

  • Orchestrate external vendors, creators, and partners with clear feedback loops and accountability to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full creative workstream for paid social and digital acquisition channels, from briefing and asset development to launch, performance recap, and iteration cycles.
  • Build and lead creative testing roadmaps across platforms, driving experimentation with asset types (e.g. UGC, branded, educational, influencer) and formats tailored to each channel. Translate ThredUp’s brand positioning into high-performing direct-response creative across paid channels.
  • Lead day-to-day relationships and operations with external vendors, agencies, creators, and partners, ensuring timely execution, clear feedback loops, and performance accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, organic, and influencer teams to source, adapt, and scale UGC and influencer content for paid campaigns.
  • Translate performance data, customer insights, and creative trends into actionable recommendations and new creative concepts by leveraging platform metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CVR.
  • Support in-platform execution and troubleshooting in paid social channels and other platforms as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and bring forward hypotheses; owning a test-and-learn mindset that moves fast and documents rigorously. Stay current on platform changes, paid social best practices, and creative trends to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with hands-on and strategic experience with paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Effective communicator who can partner across teams and levels, especially in creative and marketing orgs
  • Strong understanding of performance creative strategy and direct-response marketing principles across customer acquisition channels.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-volume creative testing programs that drive measurable performance improvements and deliver insights to drive iteration
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, Google Sheets)
  • Experience with influencer and UGC ecosystems, including sourcing, usage rights, and adapting content for paid use.
  • Curiosity and passion for staying ahead of industry / platform / creative trends in paid social and broader marketing space
  • Experience with CTV or video creative for performance channels is a plus
