Job Summary

Drive multi-channel ABM and demand-gen for Vijil by owning integrated campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.

  • Own multi-channel campaigns (paid search/social, email, content, SEO) and ABM plays with named accounts.
  • Must-have: 5–8 years in B2B marketing with demand gen at an early-stage or high-growth tech company.
  • Standout: HubSpot as the marketing system of record with pipelines, dashboards, and attribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns — paid search, paid social, content syndication, email, and SEO — as an integrated system targeting enterprise AI teams, CISOs, and developer platforms at Fortune 1000 and AI-native companies
  • Own a quarterly sourced pipeline number tied to AE quota coverage; report pipeline per dollar spent and funnel velocity to leadership monthly
  • Design and run ABM plays against a named target account list, orchestrating ads, outbound sequences, and field activations to land strategic logos in financial services, healthcare, and technology
  • Develop and manage the content calendar with product marketing: newsletter, LinkedIn thought leadership, blog, technical explainers, and sales enablement assets that help AEs open and advance conversations
  • Translate Vijil's technical differentiation — trust scoring, runtime enforcement, continuous hardening — into assets that resonate with both technical buyers (AI engineers, security architects) and business buyers (CISOs, heads of AI, risk officers)
  • Support executive visibility for the founding team through content, speaking opportunities, podcasts, and media
  • Own HubSpot as the marketing system of record: contact management, segmentation, sequences, workflows, and pipeline reporting; dashboards serve as the single source of truth for attribution and campaign performance
  • Instrument funnel reporting and CAC tracking to give leadership a clear view of what’s working and what isn’t
  • Plan and execute events end-to-end: owned roundtables, industry conferences (RSA, AI-focused summits), and partner activations — consistently, on time, and on budget
  • Identify and build relationships with developer communities, security forums, and AI practitioner networks where Vijil's ICP is active

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in demand generation, growth, or integrated campaign roles at an early-stage or high-growth tech company
  • Demonstrated ability to run and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn, Google), email programs, and content
  • HubSpot proficiency: sequences, lists, workflows, dashboards, and pipeline attribution built and used in anger
  • ABM experience targeting enterprise or technical buyers — you've run named account plays, not just broad-based programs
  • Strong writing skills — you draft the nurture email, the event brief, and the LinkedIn post yourself
  • Comfort operating with focused resources and clear, revenue-tied KPIs in a startup environment
  • Collaborative approach to working alongside sales, product, and leadership

Preferred

  • Background in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, developer tools, or adjacent technical SaaS
  • Early stage startup experience
  • Experience with Clay or comparable data enrichment and outbound automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI governance, LLM security, or enterprise compliance landscapes — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be curious and able to hold your own in technical conversations
  • Track record of building or contributing to persona development through direct customer research, not just secondary sources

Most AI agents never make it to production. They stall in security reviews, fail compliance checks, or get blocked by risk committees who can’t verify what the agent will actually do. The gap isn’t capability—it’s trust. Enterprises need evidence that an agent is reliable, secure, and safe before they’ll deploy it.Vijil closes that gap. We provide the infrastructure to measure trust in AI agents, test for it systematically, defend agents in production, and improve them continuously based on real-world behavior.
