Responsibilities
- Master Google Ads: Own our Search, Display, and YouTube strategy. You must know your way around the platform intimately—optimizing keywords, match types, and scaling ROI.
- Paid Social Distribution: Build and manage high-converting campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta. You’ll use tools like Clay or Primer to target franchisors with precision.
- Media Buying & Optimization: Partner with our Content Team to provide data-backed feedback on asset performance, requesting specific creative iterations based on what actually converts.
- Own the Lead Engine: Lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and full-funnel marketing attribution. You ensure every dollar spent is tracked to a deal.
- AI Search (GEO): Lead our strategy for Generative Engine Optimization. Ensure Operandio is the top cited authority when potential customers ask AI for "best franchise software."
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Build and optimize landing pages that convert traffic into demos. You aren't just sending clicks; you're capturing intent.
- Events as Growth: Partner with our local SDR team to ensure our presence at major US expos (like NRA and IFA) translates into a measurable, automated lead funnel.
