Job Summary

Own the multi-channel demand engine for a Named Account Model and scale a PLG motion around a high intent ICP.

  • Demand and PLG Ownership: drive Named Account Model demand orchestration and the Test Drive based PLG activation.
  • Measurement: set North Star metrics, tie leading indicators to ARR, and turn data into direction with cross-functional dashboards.
  • Experimentation and AI: build the testing roadmap and automate processes to lift engagement, quality, and sales impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demand channels: define and run the Named Account Model strategy with advanced segmentation and dynamic orchestration to reach priority accounts at scale.
  • PLG Motion: own planning and execution for ICP acquisition, activation, and pipeline conversion via the Test Drive program.
  • Measurement and governance: set North Star metrics, dashboards with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops, and translate data into action for ARR and revenue.
  • Cross-functional alignment: coordinate Performance Marketing, Ops, Web, Content, Field, Customer, Brand, Product Marketing, SDR, and Sales for full-funnel alignment.
  • AI and automation: drive the strategy across campaign processes, content, deployment, and optimization with best practices for the wider team.
  • Mentor and lead: partner with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and develop the team through hands-on guidance.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, with a track record of setting strategy and hands-on execution in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Deep Enterprise B2B Growth and demand generation expertise; seasoned in segmentation and omni-channel orchestration.
  • Proven PLG experience alongside enterprise named-account campaigns.
  • Data fluency with multi-touch attribution and marketing analytics tools; SQL or BI experience a plus.
  • Experience deploying AI and automation across omni-channel marketing workflows.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional alignment in fast-paced settings.
  • High ownership mindset with ability to mentor and influence across teams.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce; ABM tooling a plus.
