Responsibilities

• Own and execute ArcHouse's full marketing function across brand, content, demand generation, and events
• Drive outbound-aligned marketing that supports the GTM team with relevant, targeted campaigns and materials
• Develop thought leadership content that positions ArcHouse as a trusted voice in hospice, palliative, and care-at-home
• Capture and tell customer stories: developing case studies, testimonials, and proof points that build trust with care at home providers
• Plan and execute event presence: conference sponsorships, booths, and hosted events that build relationships and generate pipeline
• Track and report on marketing performance with a focus on what's driving pipeline and awareness
• Use performance data and audience insights to improve content effectiveness and inform future work
• Help build repeatable systems and production processes that increase the impact and efficiency
• Partner closely with the founders and GTM team to align messaging, campaigns, and market positioning as ArcHouse scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, creator media, social media, or related fields
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong bias toward execution; bonus points for video and/or audio experience and fluency
• Experience owning a marketing function end-to-end at a B2B SaaS startup (healthcare experience is a strong plus; hospice, palliative, or home health experience is a significant differentiator)
• You do not delegate original thinking or creativity to AI. You use it to automate operational work so you can spend more time on original thinking, sharp messaging, and creative execution.
• An exceptional writer and creative thinker: You can craft messaging that turns complex topics into engaging content.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare space and the mission of improving care for patients and families at the end of life
• A marketer who uses data and audience insights to guide decisions without losing sight of creativity and craft.
• A track record of operating independently, managing projects, and getting high-quality work out the door.
• Proven ability to build inbound and outbound marketing programs from scratch
• Comfortable running events from logistics and sponsorships to on-the-ground execution
