Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive app downloads and brand awareness.
Create compelling visual content, graphics, and marketing materials that communicate Washzi’s value proposition to customers, laundromats, and drivers.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track performance metrics to optimize spend and results.
Identify and onboard new laundromat partners onto the Washzi Business app, guiding them through setup and activation.
Conduct outreach and sales conversations with potential partners and customers via email, social media, and in-person visits when possible.
Research and implement creative growth strategies — from grassroots marketing to influencer partnerships — to increase Washzi’s presence in the New York market.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing and growth metrics weekly to the founding team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you identify opportunities and act on them.
Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and building something from scratch.
Comfortable with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite), and digital advertising platforms.
Hungry to learn, willing to experiment, and driven to deliver real, measurable results.
Must NOT require work authorization or visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
