Responsibilities

• Build a Growth Engine from Scratch,Study what makes content effective, test ideas, and iterate in real time. You are not just posting content, you are building a repeatable growth playbook.
• Work with Emerging AI Tools,Gain hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Perplexity, Higgsfield, and others. You will develop practical AI skills that are still rare.
• Collaborate and Build Community, Work alongside other interns to cross-promote content, share insights, and help build a strong community around Caddie’s mission.
• Influence the Product, Provide direct, unfiltered feedback to the founding team. Your input will actively shape the product.
• Own Your Metrics, Track views, engagement, and signups. Analyze performance and bring insights on what is driving growth.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Strong interest in personal finance, habits, or decision-making
• Curious about AI and willing to learn new tools
• Comfortable sharing ideas and perspectives publicly
• Self-directed and able to maintain consistent output
• Interested in how startups grow and scale
• Open to feedback and willing to give honest input
