Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Execution: Create and manage growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings documentation
• Identify and test new marketing channels and tactics to drive qualified lead generation
• Develop and optimize conversion funnels from awareness to closed-won deals
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert to pipeline and revenue
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry publications, and emerging platforms
• Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Operate cutting edge content platforms allowing for rapid creation of landing pages and variations.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creative, email campaigns, and marketing automation sequences
• Content & Digital Marketing: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling, industry-specific content that resonates with supply chain professionals and decision-makers
• Build and nurture email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or supply chain technology
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Experience with marketing attribution and funnel optimization
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and content marketing
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets)

Preferred

• Background in startup or high-growth SaaS companies
• Certification or experience in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing platforms
• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
• Preferred experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing technology markets
• Optional: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles
