Job Summary
Own end-to-end content and demand-gen collaboration for a compliance-focused B2B SaaS, balancing LinkedIn, newsletters, and long-form assets to drive lead flow while maintaining clean reporting.
- Own LinkedIn organic content and long-form posts targeting compliance buyers, with a practical writing approach and compliant framing.
- Coordinate with paid agencies on Google/Meta/LinkedIn campaigns and newsletter production in Beehiiv to ensure consistent messaging and performance.
- Experiment with new lead-gen ideas, apply AI tooling to speed execution, and keep reporting accurate and actionable.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Owning LinkedIn organic content end to end, working from a content mix we'll define together
- Drafting long form content that's actually written for compliance buyers, not for search volume
- Coordinating with our paid ads agency on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns. Knowing the platforms well enough to push back on the agency when needed
- Owning newsletter production end to end in Beehiiv, from copy to send
- Working with our design agency and freelancers on creative briefs and reviews
- Bringing and executing new lead gen ideas
- Keeping our marketing reporting clean and current
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in a marketing role, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. You're past the "I need someone to teach me everything" phase.
- Comfortable on ad platforms. You've actually been in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager and can read a campaign without panicking.
- Deep experience here is a major plus.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Confident writer capable of creating LinkedIn posts and 800-word blog drafts
- Genuinely high AI proficiency. Not "I use ChatGPT sometimes." We mean: you build and use Claude or ChatGPT projects, you've experimented with Claude Code or other agentic tools, you have opinions about which models are best for which tasks, and you actively look for ways to do work faster with AI.
- Scrappy and resourceful. You figure things out.
- Curious about compliance and fintech.
- Writing samples will matter.
Preferred
- Analytics or data chops
- SEO and GEO experience
- Design sense. Not Figma-deep, but enough taste to brief a designer well
- Experience writing for technical buyers (compliance, legal, finance, security)
