Own Shopify storefront UX, CRO, and merchandising to boost conversion and AOV.
Drive multi-channel media strategy and real-time optimization across Meta, Google, YouTube.
Lead retention and analytics via Klaviyo, Shopify, and Triple Whale, plus testing new growth channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The Shopify storefront: site experience, UX, merchandising, and conversion (CRO)
Digital performance strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
Media budget, KPI performance (CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV), and real-time optimization
End-to-end campaign planning: ads, landing pages, post-purchase
Funnel optimization (CVR, AOV, LTV) through testing and retention
Email and SMS retention via Klaviyo
Analytics and attribution through Shopify and Triple Whale
Collaboration with the creative team on UGC and branded content
Identifying and testing new growth channels

Requirements

8+ years in DTC growth and ecommerce with proven success scaling a brand to $30M+ in annual revenue
Strong performance marketing background: paid social, paid search, UGC, and creative testing
Hands-on ecommerce ownership: Shopify, site optimization, and CRO
Comfort owning data and adjusting strategy in real time
Working fluency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Triple Whale
Genuine interest in consumer brands (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or wellness)
Prior experience working in a remote environment
