Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Planning
• - Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned to business goals
• - Identify and prioritize high‑impact growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle
• - Own growth objectives and key results, forecasting, and performance reporting
• - Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners within Marketing, Portfolio, Product, Sales, etc.
• - Lead agencies and external partners as needed
• Acquisition & Demand Generation
• - Lead multi‑channel acquisition strategies (paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, referrals, ABM, etc.)
• - Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through experimentation and testing
• - Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue, users, or pipeline
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using data to inform decisions
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and marketing technology stacks
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and partner management skills
• Experience in B2B / B2C / SaaS / e‑commerce
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Experience scaling growth in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment
