Job Description

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned to business goals
Identify and prioritize high‑impact growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle
Own growth objectives and key results, forecasting, and performance reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners within Marketing, Portfolio, Product, Sales, etc.
Lead agencies and external partners as needed
Acquisition & Demand Generation – Lead multi‑channel acquisition strategies (paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, referrals, ABM, etc.)
Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through experimentation and testing
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization
Lifecycle & Retention – Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention)
Partner with Product and Customer teams to improve activation and reduce churn

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue, users, or pipeline
Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using data to inform decisions
Experience with experimentation frameworks and marketing technology stacks
Exceptional leadership, communication, and partner management skills
Experience in B2B / B2C / SaaS / e‑commerce
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Experience scaling growth in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment
