Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on paid media experience at a DTC brand or a performance marketing agency (beauty or CPG a plus)
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience strongly preferred; TikTok and AppLovin a plus
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable turning raw campaign data into clean reporting and clear insights
• Familiarity with attribution tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Haus, or a strong interest in learning them
• Exceptional attention to detail; you catch small errors before they go live
• Organized and able to juggle multiple channels and deadlines at once
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research, analysis, reporting, and QA, and curious about how AI is changing performance marketing
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and asks good questions
• Experience with Shopify, Asana, or Air preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
