  • Growth Engine: Optimize and test paid search, social, and related channels to lift ROAS and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with analytics, ad ops, and creatives to define tests and translate insights into actions.
  • Client Enablement: Support client teams and education, with exposure to senior leadership to inform growth strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Digital Media Management & Execution: Support digital campaign activations, strategy, optimizations, reporting, and analysis, focusing on improving results across tactics to meet clients’ goals.
  • Client Management: Serve as support to our client partners. Work closely with team leads to efficiently manage day-to-day responsibilities and workflow of client deliverables internally and externally. Educate both client and internal teams on the latest trends, best practices, technologies etc. (This position offers the opportunity to engage and work directly with senior brand leadership - from Investors to Board Members and CEOs - to help identify and build exciting growth strategies.)
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Analysis: Work closely with internal teams, including analytics, ad operations, and creatives to help define testing agendas and analyze KPIs in order to improve performance and deliver on revenue goals. Utilize analytics platforms to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues.
  • Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Continuously think outside of the box to improve performance. You are able to (and understand when to) wear many hats. For example, you can identify and recommend changes to websites and apps that could improve conversion rates and reduce friction on the customer journey. You’re always brainstorming new ways to improve cost per acquisition and revenue numbers for the brands with which you work.

Requirements

  • Media Planning & Execution Experience (Paid Search / Social): 1-3 years of digital media planning and buying management experience, primarily focusing on setting up and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns within Google and/or Facebook. (Additional platforms / channel experiences, including but not limited to CTV/OTT, display, influencers, audio, etc. are a huge plus!) You have a holistic understanding of the marketing funnel.
  • Client-Facing Capability: You are an exceptional communicator with an astute understanding of how internal brand teams work and how best to work with and build successful relationships with those team members. You have no problem leading meetings and building presentations from scratch.
  • Analytical Ability: You have strong experience with data analytics. You have a clear understanding of how to read data in order to build insights and make recommendations. You are also able to understand how best to visualize and deliver those insights and recommendations to clients, based on what KPIs are most relevant to them and how they process and prefer information. Pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions are a baseline expectation.
  • Direct Response & Full Funnel Experience: You have a strong direct-response, conversion-focused background, driving relevant business results for clients. You also understand the importance of and application of brand awareness and top of funnel tactics. You have a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices for these tactics.
  • Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: It is imperative to exhibit consistent attention to detail with sharp organizational and project management skills for this role, both for yourself and in delegating tasks to others.
