Job Summary

Own and optimize the paid acquisition engine across key channels with rigorous forecasting, attribution, and cross-functional collaboration to hit CAC and ROAS targets.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build attribution models, dashboards, and forecasts that tie spend to growth metrics.
  • Channel Execution: Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, affiliates, and partners with external agencies.
  • Expansion & Measurement: Identify new markets, optimize budgets, and align with revenue forecasts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that support revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify opportunities to scale customer growth across existing and emerging channels.
  • Continuously test and optimize channel mix, audience strategies, and investment allocation.
  • Monitor performance against acquisition, revenue, and efficiency targets.
  • Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Affiliate, and other performance-focused channels.
  • Manage external agency partners and hold them accountable for performance and execution.
  • Evaluate channel performance and recommend investment shifts to maximize return.
  • Stay current on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition forecasts.
  • Manage growth marketing budgets and investment planning.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Customer Acquisition for a DTC or omnichannel consumer brand.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling paid media investments across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and marketing investment planning.
  • Experience managing external agencies and performance partners.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, incrementality, attribution, and marketing measurement.
  • Experience using data to inform business decisions and investment allocation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in fashion, activewear, swimwear, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred.
